| Alzheimer's disease, which is the most common form of dementia, results in a gradual loss of intellectual function. Crowell Home is proud to offer a secured Alzheimer's Unit for our residents who suffer from this debilitating disease. A private dining room/lounge/activity room has kitchen facilities for fixing snacks although nutritious, appetizing meals are prepared according to residents' special needs and preferences in the Crowell Home kitchen. An attractively landscaped, adjacent courtyard encourages outdoor activity. Staff who work in the Unit take comprehensive, on-going training. |
